At our AGM meeting, there was an update on the future of our Parent Council Clubs, following on from the initial presentation already given at our Parent Council meeting on 14 June.

A Special Meeting will be held online next Tuesday 10th October, via Zoom, to vote on this proposal.

UPDATE (09/10/23)
We were planning on meeting tomorrow evening (10 October) to discuss the future direction of our after school clubs with a number of options to explore.
As the new Parent Council members were only elected last week, and there has been a change in some of the options now available, we feel the right thing to do is to push back the meeting until after the half term holiday so that more time can be spent on fleshing out all the options available.
Please accept our apologies for the last-minute postponement and thank you for your understanding.
UPDATE (19/10/23)
The postponed meeting to discuss the future of our Clubs will now take place on Thursday 2 November, 7pm – 8:30pm. The plan is to have this in person at school, with a back up of moving to Zoom should there be any issues accessing the school building. Either way, please keep this date free in your diaries.
At the meeting, we will look at and discuss all the options available for the future of Clubs, some of which have changed since the AGM (more information on this will be shared at the meeting). We also welcome any alternative suggestions from members of the Parent Forum that we may not have considered yet.

We have now had notice from the Council about our let request, and can confirm that the meeting to discuss the future of our Clubs on Thursday 2 November, 7pm – 8:30pm will take place in person at school.
