We are looking forward to seeing you on Wednesday 22 September at our annual general meeting. In preparation, we would like to share with you some information on the various named roles within the Parent Council.
We have a number of vacancies to be filled, including for our Clubs team and our Events & Fundraising team. The roles can be filled by one person, or taken on as a shared role between a couple people. These office-bearing and co-opted roles enable the delivery of the activities, clubs, events, fundraising and special projects that the Parent Council supports for our school community. We are looking for volunteers to step forward and take up these roles.
Please have a look on our website at the overview of all roles and see if there is a role that might interest you or a friend. Please feel free to forward to other parents and carers. We are also encouraging anyone to come forward and shadow a role to get a sense of the responsibilities.

At the meeting on Wednesday, anyone can nominate another person for any role and that person can accept or decline. We hope that enough people will come forward to continue the work we are doing, revive clubs and take on new and exciting projects that are of interest to the parent forum.
