It’s that wonderful time of the year again…when we dig out our markers and paints, and hunt around for papers, canvases, glue sticks and more.
With our summer fete cancelled again this year, let’s lift our community spirits and make our 2021 Bruntsfield Primary Art Fair even more amazing than it was last year! We raised a record £3k and with your help, amazing talent and creativity we know we can do even better.
The Art Fair will take place just before the summer holidays, and as in the previous year will be held outdoors with an exhibition along the railings of the school.
HOW TO TAKE PART
Here’s what we need you to do:
We would like you to create and/or donate some fabulous artworks over the next month.
Use any media (preferably 2D) and be ready to drop off your artworks by 4 June. We’ll let you know the drop off point nearer the time.
With each art work please include:
- Title
- Medium
- Size in cm
- Artist name
- Age
- Class/ connection to the school
The street exhibition will be on 12th June from 10-4pm, along with an online auction which will kick off at 9am on the same day, and run until 7pm on Friday 18th June. We’ll will update this page with the link to the auction site once it’s up and running.
EDIT: The auction is now closed. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped us to raise over £2,500!
