Sadly, the annual P5/P6 Halloween party, like so many other things, had to be cancelled but we thought we could still have the pumpkin carving contest which is usually part of it. And this time, everyone can take part, regardless of what year they are in!
All you have to do is carve a pumpkin and send a photograph of it to [email protected] by noon on Friday 30th October. Please include the name and class of the pumpkin carver in your email. Any children attending Bruntsfield Primary School are eligible to enter. We will create a gallery of all the pumpkins on our website.
It’s just for a bit of fun, but we’ll pick three winners to receive a little goody bag with some Halloween treats. We’ll have prizes for:
- scariest pumpkin
- most original pumpkin
- and a ‘lucky dip’ prize
For the lucky dip, we’ll put the names of everyone who has entered in to a hat and pick out someone at random. That way everyone has a chance to win, no matter how skilled you are at pumpkin carving.
