The Bruntsfield Parent Council requires parents to fill in emergency contact details annually prior to registering for clubs. This helps ensure we have up-to-date contact details and care plans to hand should the need arise.
In order to view clubs and submit initial applications, it is necessary to fill in this form and await approval
It is important to ensure these details are correct. There have unfortunately been a number of cases over the last year in which it was impossible to contact the parent or carer due to insufficient or inaccurate info. The parent council, club tutors and anyone else involved in the provision of the clubs accept no responsibility or liability when this occurs.
